"I was a little surprised. The staff is very nice. Very helpful. But I’ve been with State Farm for almost 30 years, off and on, and currently with overpriced homeowners insurance. They dropped me. I was involved in a rollover accident in 2022. Should have died. Thankful I had insurance. Fault couldn’t be determined, so I and the other party were ticketed. 2 months later, I was pulled over for reckless driving (suspected, but not DUI.) After confirming with the DMV, I was only given points for the rollover driving accident. Not my best few months, had experienced loss in the family, divorce. My insurance company dropped me for the nearly deadly rollover car accident. I’ve paid regularly all of these years. Isn’t that what insurance does? You pay for protection. I’m not disappointed with this establishment, so much as I am the entire company. What is paying for insurance, if you can’t use it? I wasn’t even informed I was cancelled. I text to update my payment info. And they kicked me out, after being my first policy at 16 years old. I currently have $20 over their rate for the same coverage at a new company. Just a shame that you really are just a number to them."

"I have been a customer to this office since 2011. Insurance was cancelled with no contact and license was in jeopardy due to the lack of communication. I spoke to the office and was given lies. I was told corporate cancelled my policy. I spoke to corporate and was advised they do not cancel policies only the agent office does. I had 1 NOT AT FAULT accident where a driver struck me after they ran a red light, never had a ticket in my 14 years of driving. And they cancelled my policy and lied to me about it. Always had good care from State Farm but beware of this agent and staff please please please chose another office where honesty and integrity is exercised."

"I just can't recommend State Farm in general. The one time in my life I had a claim, State Farm decided to pawn off the person who hit my car to a collection agency. They refused to go after the person's insurance because the dollar amount was low, but they had no problem taking my deductible. Ended up getting another insurance company. Brought it up with the agent and they just shrug their shoulder saying they don't deal with claims. But they had no problem taking money out of my check each month."
